FirstInTest was built with a single goal: make high-quality exam preparation accessible to every student in India, regardless of their location or financial background.

Competitive exams like JEE, NEET, and CUET are life-changing milestones. We believe every student deserves access to the same quality of practice material, mock tests, and study resources — not just those who can afford expensive coaching.

Our Story

Idea of FirstInTest started in 2024 with a simple observation: thousands of students across India were paying lakhs for coaching classes, while equally talented students in smaller towns and villages had no access to quality preparation material. Premium mock tests were locked behind expensive paywalls. Solved previous year papers were scattered across the internet — often inaccurate or incomplete.

Our founders, themselves products of competitive exams, set out to fix this. The idea was straightforward: build one platform with authentic question papers, detailed solutions, full-length mock tests, and revision tools — and keep the core experience free for every student. In 2026 they officially launched this site with extensive two year background work.

Today, FirstInTest serves students preparing for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET UG, NEET PG, GATE, BITSAT, VITEEE, CUET UG, CUET PG, AIIMS, JIPMER, and CBSE board exams. We also cover international exams like IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and ACT through our Global Gateway stream, and cloud certifications including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Everyday question bank of FirstInTest keeps on increasing.

How We Build Content

Every question on FirstInTest is sourced from official exam papers or designed by subject-matter experts. We verify each question against the original paper for accuracy, then add step-by-step solutions written in a way students can actually understand — not just final answers.

Our explanations break down the concept first, then walk through the solution method, and finally point out common mistakes students make on similar problems. For science subjects, we include diagrams and formula references. For mathematics, we show full working with intermediate steps.

Mock tests are calibrated to match the actual exam — same number of questions, same time limits, same marking scheme. After every test, students get detailed analytics showing accuracy by topic, time spent per question, and weak areas to focus on.
